Custom Quilts
Gather your ideas.
Many folks come to me with collections of ties, baby clothes, dresses or t-shirts. Others arrive with well-worn quilts needing new life. Others come with visions they’ve created in their heads and share with me, in words or photos, showing me the gist of the project direction. Gather your own ideas in whatever way works best for you.
Share them with me.
We will have a conversation and I will work with you to capture your ideas and visions in a sketch with colors, associated songs, the energy you want to capture and the formality of the piece. I also ask questions about budget and timeline and the plan for use for the final project. (Is it for the bed? Is it for the wall? Does it go on a couch or in the bedroom?)
I will make you a quilt.
or a pillow, or a piece of art for your wall…
I take the gathered information, bounce it back and forth between myself and you, the client, until it seems like a workable plan, and then I make the project come to life! I consider all sizes of projects and the first conversation is always free. Be in touch with your ideas!
